Pipelayers

Based on domestic and foreign pipeline construction equipment design experience, our company developed special pipeline construction equipment to suit the needs of long-distance pipeline construction. It is mainly used for the pipe hanging, pipe fittings, and ditching in pipeline construction. Our pipelayers can be used for the pipe-laying, group-pairing, lower-ditching and other processes in pipe line construction.

The equipment can adapt to -40 °C ~ +60 °C ambient temperature, altitude below 3000m, the air contains 5% or less of sand and dust and rain, snow, fog and other weather conditions; the maximum climbing angle 25 °. The machine has reasonable design, compact structure, easy to dispatch, transfer and transport.

Technical features:

• High-strength hanging pipe machine special chassis: The high-strength connection structure is adopted on the walking frame and the frame to ensure that the entire machine has sufficient rigidity when hoisting; the large gauge design is adopted to improve the stability of the entire machine and make it more suitable for the hanging load condition of the pipe lifting machine side.
• Complete safety devices ensure safe lifting: The electrohydraulic suspender limit device can reliably limit the boom lift limit position to prevent the occurrence of accidents. The hook anti-overwind device prevents the hook from rising beyond the limit position to prevent the hook and wire rope from being pulled out. Torque limiter ensures that the equipment is always working within the rated load to ensure the safety of people and equipment. By increasing the normally closed parking brake device, the safety of equipment and personnel is ensured.
• The operation is simple and convenient: driving control system, shifting, steering and braking adopt soft shaft and rod system to directly push and pull the corresponding control valve spool, the operation is light, flexible and reliable.

Boom extension and lifting and lowering of the boom can be controlled through an Italian imported universal pilot operated handle. Counterweight stretching is controlled by a pilot-operated hydraulic handle, making operation easy, flexible and reliable. The perfect combination of hydraulic pilot control and hydraulic transmission makes the lifting operation very accurate (accuracy is 2mm).
• Humanized operation space: According to ergonomics, the gearshift, steering and engine throttle operating handles are concentrated on the driver's left side to facilitate operation and reduce fatigue. The operating space is spacious, driving vision is wide, operation is more comfortable.
